What can I say. After 7yrs in dubai, and a realtor gets commission for simply showing the place but then never follows up, ARWISH was the complete opposite. He was persistent, accommodating, friendly and thorough. From showing us the apartment and giving us an entire complex tour, to coming to mike to sign a lease and collect a deposit, etc. The walk through of inventory and getting things fixed on time. Yousuff from day one helped me understand the dubai real estate market. When we arrived in Dubai he took us to his office and introduced everyone working there where we met his colleague Mark. Together both of them helped us from taking us around to show the apartments and even to clear some of the bothering issues with financial transactions.
